Schools + Community

SHOWING UP WHERE
YOUNG PEOPLE ARE.

Achieving Individuals brings the same relationship, accountability and practical skill-building approach into schools, youth programs and community partnerships.

Schools

Individual student support, skill development and collaboration around organization, communication, decision-making, behavior and engagement — grounded in the realities of the school day.

Organizations

Program support for nonprofits, county partners and youth-serving organizations looking for someone who can connect with young people while still working toward defined goals.

Workshops + Programs

Small-group and workshop experiences around life skills, communication, decision-making, creative expression and the signature WRITE IT OUT™ program.

Community Partnerships

Collaborative programming that recognizes youth rarely live inside one system. Families, schools, coaches, county services and community organizations can all be part of a stronger support network.

CLTS Coordination

For children enrolled in CLTS, services can be coordinated with the family and county support and service coordinator so the work reflects the child’s authorized goals, avoids duplication and supports progress across home and community settings.

County + Family Referrals

Families may inquire directly. County waiver agencies and support and service coordinators can also contact Achieving Individuals to discuss service fit, availability and goals identified in the child’s individual service plan.

Work With Achieving Individuals

BUILD SOMETHING THAT FITS THE YOUNG PEOPLE YOU SERVE.

Programs can be structured around a specific skill, population, group size or community need rather than forcing every young person into the same format.
